Acting on behalf of the defendant, Al-Shayji Legal Group challenged the findings of the medical report, raising substantive objections, including the absence of a causal link between the alleged negligence and the patient\u2019s death.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>Upon consideration of these objections, the Honourable Court referred the matter back to the Medical Liability Authority for further review.
