The facts of the case date back to a complaint filed against the doctor with the Medical Liability Authority
for medical malpractice and professional misconduct, which led to several lawsuits

against the doctor, including a claim for compensation in the amount of
Kuwaiti dinars. However, the Court of Appeal, in its final ruling, overturned
the decisions of the Medical Liability Authority and the Medical Licensing Administration and the resulting
consequences, and fined the administration 200 dinars in legal fees and required it to pay the expenses.
